Join me for a 4-day yoga retreat on the Central Coast of California
Leave your city life behind and revitalize on this special Prose and Poses retreat located at Sagrada Wellness. Unplug and Tune In to yourself.
Tucked into the Santa Margarita mountains just a short drive from the central coast of California, this three-day retreat is a convenient way to relax in the slower pace of nature; rejuvenate with yoga, meditation, and nourishing meals; and recharge your creative expression and well-being.
Wake to the beauty of birdsong and mist rising off grapevines. Meditate, journal, or take in the pristine, natural countryside. After a light breakfast, we will practice yoga to awaken and energize the body; pranayama to open channels for creative energy flow; and meditation to sensitize the intuitive mind. At the end of class we will explore writing prompts to inspire expression. This retreat is designed to give you time and space to enjoy yoga and cultivate a deeper connection to your creative self. Evenings include organic meals lovingly prepared by Scott and Eva, blue-hour walks, fire-side storytelling, writing opportunities, hot-tub soaks, and quiet reflection under the stars.
You will leave feeling relaxed, connected, and inspired.
Enjoy nourishing, bountiful meals
Enjoy three healthy, vegetarian meals a day. Scott and Eva source many of their ingredients from the Sagrada garden. These simple, elegant meals will leave you feeling healthy and inspired to recreate them at home (we're still nudging Scott and Eva to make a cookbook!). Fresh fruit and tea are always available in the dining room. (Learn more: Sagrada Cuisine)

“Thank you for gifting me with your words, wisdom, and, most of all, presence this weekend. It was magical.”
“Leslie provided little writing starts to help me start to grow my garden of creativity, and it felt amazing. ”
“Reading Leslie’s definition of self-love got me thinking: Self-love is ‘accepting all of who you are, appreciating your unique iteration in the world, and choosing active compassion’…. My experience at Sagrada certainly helped accelerate my journey to self-love and reminded me that it’s important to take time to reflect upon it.”
“We all wake up each day faced with an abundance of choices in terms of how we are going to spend our day. How wonderful that you chose to spend a few days teaching and sharing your special energy with us at Sagrada! I for one am grateful you made that choice!”
